2. Preparation & Set-Out
Before installation starts, all key lines, levels and fixing points are set out.
Materials are prepared and checked to ensure consistency and suitability for the project.
3. Fascia, Soffits & Roofline Works
Installation typically starts with fascia, soffits and roofline elements to create a clean, protected base for the roofing system.
4. Drainage & Edge Detailing
Gutters, downpipes, drip edges and related details are installed to ensure correct water management and long-term protection of the structure.
5. Main Panel Installation
Standing seam panels or cladding systems are installed across the roof or façade, following correct fixing methods and alignment for a straight, uniform appearance.
6. Ridges, Verges & Finishing Details
Ridge systems, verge details, mesh protection and custom flashings are fitted to complete the structure and protect all critical junctions.
7. Final Inspection & Quality Check
All fixings, joints and details are inspected.
